将连接泵进出口的管道拆开，并将冷却液放出。将进出口管夹内六角螺栓（各四个）拧下。短接管及管卡取出。将进出口前接管螺栓旋出，将前接管、压环及密封圈取出。启动电机，使电机顺时针旋转，将软管拉出。启动电机，使电机逆时针旋转。将新软管一侧涂少量润滑脂（黄油），然后将涂有润滑脂的一侧向泵壳壁，从泵壳上方插入至泵壳中，直至软管到泵壳下方出口的合适位置，停电机。将密封圈套至软管下口泵接管内，将压环装入，拧紧前接管螺栓，装入管夹，拧紧管夹螺栓。启动电机，使电机逆时针旋转，用手或橡胶板堵住软管上方口，软管全自行进入泵中，通过泵侧面窗口观察，使软管贴到泵壳内壁，停电机，按固定的方式将软管安装好。填加冷却液，软管更换即告完成。
